Our Devices come with a one year manufacture warranty and 6 month warranty on the remotes.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:

• Damage due to accidents (any type of Physical damage) improper handling, maltreatment, or modifications.
• Repairs conducted by unapproved individuals
• Connecting to inappropriate power supply
• Utilization of non-approved accessories
• The Lumii Glow manufacturer’s warranty only covers LED devices that are purchased directly from lumiiglowled.com or one of its authorized partners
• The manufacturer's warranty period begins upon the delivery date of the original order.
• Replacement Remotes are $30 flat fee including shipping.

The Return Policy is applicable solely to orders made through lumiiglowled.com. If your purchase was made via an authorized provider, please contact your provider directly to discuss your return options.

• The Lumii Glow LED device comes with a 15-day return policy. Your return window begins on the day of delivery, and no returns will be accepted beyond this period.

Returns of any Lumii Glow LED devices will incur a 10% return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, returns sent without our pre-paid shipping label will not be eligible for reimbursement of shipping costs.

All returns must include the original box, along with any accessories and parts that were included with your order. Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it is received and inspect the product(s). After the return is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your refund will not be accepted if any items from the box are missing or any physical damage has occured with in the 15 day return window.
