Shipping is flat rate of $15 per device which includes insurance to cover possible delivery issues including (lost, stolen or damaged Items) as small but growing business we do this to insure we are protected as well as our clients.

Please contact us if your item says delivered but is not at the delivery address provided by you at checkout or if your item was delivered damaged in any way. We will work hand in hand with the postal service to get your claim filed.

Lumii Glow LED is not responsible for any lost , stolen or damaged items. Once these items have arrived to the local shipping facilitys if one if these incidents were to occur you will need to file a claim immediatly with the delivery services (USPS, UPS OR FED EX)
